Our intermittent from very first model which was driven with shaft, with 3 main motor to run the machine, up till now due to the new technology, we have evolution the machine more digitized in program and control system to the machine body. Which now all unit use independent servo motor to driven, to be able for the user have more possibility to run with the machine.

Shiftless, all units with independent servo motor control. Full rotary/ Intermittent Label printing machine it has considerably space to choose the process product.

The process product could make into two different size, one is full rotary function another is Intermittent function. Intermittent principle: The Paper run forward and backwards through the in fee and out fee roller, each unit will only rotate with clock way, when paper pull forward with the setting size, during the gap of the plate cylinder while still make turning the two servomotor will catch this time to backward a bit with the paper to save the material, than again to go forward the setting size and Continuity.

In our full rotary /Intermittent system design idea is for the user no need to have many different size of cylinder , we use our own software control system to match the machine structure, therefore the user no need to make the printing plate to cover all single size cylinder. This can be save the cost of the plate making price.

Intermittent function able to set different repeat size of printing work do not need to change the printing cylinder with it’s computer program it will automatic calculate it’s printing operation and also with different material the machine speed can go up to 200RPM.

The second pass printing it improve polychrome printing product, we use SICK high quality photoelectric cell its’ scanning is accurate and fairly steadiness, it can also install with upside down.

For mechanical functions, as outlined below：

This machine is equipped with the operating standards have : In the control system there are 3 printing mode for choose A. Intermittent, B. 2nd pass, C. Full rotary.

In the intermittent and 2nd pass printing mode each model have their max printing size range for the operator to use.

And in the Full rotary mode each model will have only it’s own size for use.

Link-Label designs the plate cylinder focusing on ergonomics, so we make removable plate cylinder. The processor can remove the cylinder put into It’s plate sitting unit to change the plate using the double side tape.

Patent Right’s one time off plate cylinder design, able for you change the job more faster and easy. No need 2 to 3 different steps.

Our Plate mounting unit able to help the user to set the cylinder faster, and customer can prepare the for next job with spare cylinder.

Machine use touch screen let engineer easy to learn with, engineer just need to set in the working way, and the printing size with the printing speed and the data into the computer program, than it will run automatically.

When there is wrong operate progress or un-normal manipulate screen panel will send the message to the new operator make the new learner can learn faster.

Due to each unit are driven with servo motor, therefore we had AUTO register function as option for customer to use.

Also in each unit we have angle adjust unit for operator to use. In our Touch screen we had open many functions for the printer to adjust for different printing need. IE: Paper thickness, Synchronous coefficient, tension control…etc.

We have unique unit axis adjust function on the screen , which for only fine adjustment no need to adjust manually through machine, only choose the unit photo from the screen and set the data.
